What time does the course start?

The time will be updated by email or in the programme shortly before the course date.

How do I sign up for a course?

You must create an account at PhD Moodle, and you can enroll at the bottom of the course description. Please note, the course will be open for enrolment about 4 months prior to the first course date.

How can I see the courses I am enrolled in?

You can see the courses you are enrolled below “My courses”.

I have signed up for the waiting list, when do I know?

If there is an available spot, you will receive an email if you wish to take the place.

How do I unenroll from the course?

Before the deadline: You click in the top on "more" and then you get the option to enroll.
After the deadline: You must send an email to phdcourses@adm.aau.dk.
You can unenroll 14 days before the first course date without no-show fee.

Cancellation later than 2 weeks from the course start

There is a no-show fee of DKK 3,000 for each course where the student does not show up. Cancellations are accepted no later than 2 weeks before the start of the course. Registered illness is of course an acceptable reason for not showing up on those days.

Can I participate online?

You can only participate online if it is stated in the course description.

Which email do I use to enroll with?

For AAU students, you MUST use your AAU-email, RN-emails are not valid. Students outside AAU must use the email at the university they are enrolled with.

Courses at the Doctoral School in Medicine, Biomedical Science and Technology

Please note that students must be enrolled as a PhD student in order to participate for free.
