Description: This course is focusing on theories and models for local and action-oriented approach to sustainable Land Management and
Property Development in the rural areas. Research is dedicated to analyze the European Agriculture facing problems with
land fragmentation and other related structural challenges by using land consolidation as an integrated instrument for more
sustainable land-use while at the same time raising food production and energy efficiency.
The course is for doctoral students and young researchers from the Nordic countries and Central and Eastern European
Countries. Participants from the rest of Europe are welcome.
