Description:
The seminar is dedicated to topics of modern positioning, timing, and applications using GNSS (GPS, Galileo, and other). The topics for the seminar are:

* GNSS (system and receiver) fundamentals
* Introduction of a free GNSS educational tool
* Overview of today's GNSS positioning challenges (multipath, jamming, week signals)
* GNSS signal simulation and GNSS receiver testing
* GNSS applications including topics of
  - Intelligent Transportation Systems
  - Smart Grids and Wind Turbines
This announcement is preliminary and subject to changes.

Who can participate?
Any PhD student working in GNSS or related areas can apply for the course. The student must be inscribed and being an active student in a European university.
