Introduction
Welcome to The 2nd Aalborg workshop in advances in rehabilitation robotics
Program: BEN (also relevant for HCHPO and HES)
Description:
An interdisciplinary course on recent advances within rehabilitation robotics. The participants will hear world leaders speak on the topic, present their own work, and participate in a poster competition. Furthermore, they are invited to participate in an interdisciplinary seminar on rehabilitation robotics with the option to demo their research.
Literature/Requirements:
It is mandatory to prepare and bring a poster within the topics of the Ph.D. course. The poster can be from a previous conference.
It is furthermore expected that you participate in the 2026 CREROB Seminar (held on 12 May 2026).
The seminar will provide a more interdisciplinary insight into the research of rehabilitation robotics, while this course will be a scientific workshop with the leading researchers.
Prerequisites:
PhD student level.
Evaluation:
There will be a poster pitch assessment committee comprising selected lecturers of the course.

Important information concerning PhD courses:
There is a no-show fee of DKK 3,000 for each course where the student does not show up. Cancellations are accepted no later than 2 weeks before the start of the course. Registered illness is of course an acceptable reason for not showing up on those days. Furthermore, all courses open for registration approximately four months before start of the course. We cannot ensure any seats before the deadline for enrolment, all participants will be informed after the deadline, approximately 3 weeks before the start of the course.
To attend courses at the Doctoral School in Medicine, Biomedical Science and Technology you must be enrolled as a PhD student.
